  • How do I book a class?
    You can reserve your spot in a class by booking online via our booking system. To secure your spot in the class we recommend booking online however in most cases classes can also be paid for direct to the instructor on the day. You have the option to purchase a single class or buy purchasing a class pass. During the validity period, you can use the pass to book any available class sessions that suit your schedule.
  • What is the validity period of a class pass?
    The 5-class pass is valid for three months from the date of purchase. The 10-class pass is valid for six months from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to utilise the classes included in your pass within the specified timeframe. Expired passes will no longer be valid, and any unused classes will be forfeited. Please note that passes are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
  • How can I view classes I have booked into?
    To enhance your booking experience and provide convenient access to your booking history, we offer the option to sign up for an account at checkout. By creating an account, you can enjoy the following benefits: Booking History: Your booking history will be securely stored in your account. This allows you to view and manage your past and upcoming bookings conveniently. Passes a If you have purchased a pass, it will be linked to your account for easy access. You can view the details of your passes, including the remaining classes or sessions. Account Dashboard: Upon logging in to your account via our website, you will have access to your personalised account dashboard. From the dashboard, you can view and update your profile information, including contact details. Please note that creating an account is optional. If you choose not to sign up, your booking details will still be provided to you through the confirmation email received upon booking.
  • How do I book a session with a practitioner?
    To book a session with one of our practitioners, you have two options. You can use our online booking system, where you can select the specific practitioner you wish to see and schedule your appointment or you may book with the practitioner directly. Please note that if you made your booking directly with the practitioner, any inquiries or changes will need to be directed to the practitioner directly.
  • How do I book a room?
    For events and workshops please submit a request through our website. Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if approved, you will receive an invoice for payment. Please note that bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received. Our team will guide you through the process and provide any necessary details to secure your booking. If you would like to have access to book our floating consultancy room please complete the registration, once complete you will have access to the direct booking availability for this room.
  • How do I make changes to an existing booking?
    If you need to make changes to an existing booking, such as rescheduling or canceling, please refer to the confirmation email you received upon booking.
  • Do you offer gift certificates?
    Yes, we offer gift certificates for classes, therapies, or services. Gift certificates purchased on truewoocronulla.com are only redeemable on this site only and are not redeemable on events or workshops.
