Cancellation Policy
Class Passes & Expiry
Payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your space in the class for the week. You can book your classes up to 4 weeks in advance, giving you the flexibility to plan ahead and ensure you have a spot in your desired class.

You can cancel your class up to 12 hours prior to the start time. However, it is your responsibility to do so. Failure to cancel in advance will result in a no-show status and forfeiture of the class. We kindly ask that you cancel in a timely manner to allow others to book the spot.

If a class you have booked is cancelled by TW Cronulla, we will promptly notify you and issue a credit for the class to your account. You can use this credit towards any future class of your choice. To ensure we can easily reach you in case of a cancellation, please make sure your contact information on file with us is accurate and up to date.

All class passes must be completed prior to their expiration date. You may book as many classes as you like on any given day, and each class will count towards one class on your pass. We encourage you to use your class passes regularly to maximise their value.

Sessions
Booking Policy
To secure a booking for a session with a practitioner, payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another session if 48 hours notice is given prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you need to reschedule your session within 48 hours of your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, please note that rescheduling within this timeframe may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
If you do not show up for your scheduled session and do not provide notice of cancellation or rescheduling, you will be charged the full session fee.
Please arrive on time for your session to ensure you receive the full benefit of your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the discretion of the practitioner.
