FBR Breathwork with Humans Of Breath & Breathwork Sydney

All Levels

FBR Breathwork is a guided breathwork practice that uses conscious breathing, sound and facilitation to support participants in moving out of the everyday rush and into a more connected, present state.

Rather than simply being another wellness activity, breathwork can be an opportunity to pause, turn inward and become more aware of what is happening in both the body and mind.

Each experience can be different. Some people may experience a sense of calm and relaxation, while others may notice emotions, physical sensations or insights arising throughout the session.

There’s no need to arrive with a particular intention or expectation. You simply come as you are, listen to your body and allow yourself to experience the practice.

Why breathwork?

Breathing is something we do every moment of every day, yet how we breathe can change with our environment, emotions and state of mind.

Intentional breathwork invites us to bring awareness to something that usually happens automatically.

For many, that simple act of paying attention can create a powerful sense of presence.

Breathwork may also offer a different way of exploring wellbeing, one that doesn’t require talking everything through or finding all the answers. Sometimes, it’s about creating the space to feel, notice and simply be.

Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or already have a regular practice, this is an invitation to experience FBR Breathwork in a supportive group environment.

Come with curiosity. Leave with a little more space to breathe.

Please follow the facilitators’ guidance regarding suitability, contraindications and preparation before participating in breathwork.
