Teens Flow + Empowerment

13+ Years Old

A movement class that flows through a combination of yoga postures and mindfulness practices to enhance strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate young yogis.

Guided Breathwork

All Levels

Pre Teens Yoga + Empowerment

8 - 12 Years old

A combination of age-appropriate yoga poses and empowering mindfulness exercises to help cultivate a powerful mind-body connection, boost self-esteem, resilience, and encourage positive self-image. This nurturing and inclusive class is perfect for kids aged between 8 to 12, of all levels.

Mat Pilates

All Levels

Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, flexibility, and range of motion, facilitating ease in daily movements and strengthening all muscle groups. Activate body awareness as you're guided to flow through different exercises, adding layers of progressions to allow participation to its fullest.

Men's Yoga

Dedicated Mens Yoga class.
The class focuses on physical postures and breathing techniques, making it a great choice for anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness.
Guided by experienced yoga instructor and remedial massage therapist Justine Lawes. Justine will provide modifications and variations to accommodate different levels of experience, ensuring you can practice at your own pace.

Iyengar Yoga (General)

If you are generally fit and healthy, then this class is for you! Bridget provides clear and detailed instruction to help you deepen your practice. Her general classes are challenging but never boring, with a new focus each week.

You can expect a wide range of asanas, from dynamic to restorative, along with inversions or preparation for inversions. If inversions aren’t your thing, don’t worry—Bridget always offers alternative practices for every part of the class.

With smaller class sizes and a welcoming community, Bridget’s personal, practical approach will make you feel at ease right away. She looks forward to guiding you on your yoga journey!

Iyengar Yoga Beginners

Beginners

New to yoga? Or perhaps a bit older or stiffer and looking for a gentle approach? This class is perfect for you. There’s no jumping, only controlled movements designed to strengthen and improve mobility. Bridget uses clear instructions to guide you in moving your body correctly, breathing deeply, and resting effectively. She’ll also teach you how to use props like chairs and blocks to support your practice

Qigong
