Yoga has been an integral part of Joanne's life for the last 14 years. Through this practice she has cultivated greater strength, flexibility, and fearlessness, both on and off the mat.

After completing her Hatha/Yin & Meditation teacher training with SYAMA in 2020, Joanne embraced a rewarding career as a yoga & meditation instructor.
Teaching vinyasa flow at various local gyms as well as Hatha &Yin classes at True Woo. Joanne instructs weekly classes in group fitness settings, the men's yoga class at True Woo, on demand private and corporate lessons and moving meditation at local high schools.
"I will always be a student of the practice," says Joanne, highlighting her perpetual quest for growth and knowledge in the ancient wisdom traditions of yoga. Her dedication revolves around helping others thrive,
Her ultimate goal is to have her students step off the mat feeling stronger, more limber & centred as she helps them strive for their inner & outer wellness goals.
