4-week Mindfulness Series designed to help you master foundational meditation techniques, enhance your awareness practices, and mindfully navigate your thoughts and emotions.
With a limit of 10 participants, this series ensures a supportive and intimate environment where you can share and explore more deeply in a safe environment.

4 x In Person Workshops at True Woo Cronulla

Saturday August 17th, 10:30am - 12pm
Thursday August 22nd, 7- 8pm
Saturday August 31st 10:30am - 12pm
Thursday September: 7pm - 8.30pm
Cost: $145 for the complete series
