Join us for a journey into Yoga Nidra, an ancient guided meditation practice that takes you into a state of deep relaxation between waking and sleeping. Often called "yogic sleep," this effortless practice allows you to rest deeply while remaining aware, helping to release stress, restore energy, and calm the mind.
During this session, you'll be guided through a systematic relaxation technique while lying comfortably on your mat. No experience necessary—simply lie down, listen, and let go. Participants often report feeling like they've had hours of restorative sleep in just one session.

Hi, I’m Alex, a certified breathwork facilitator and energy healer dedicated to helping people reconnect with their inner truth and unlock deep transformation.
Through guided breathwork journeys, I create safe, sacred spaces where individuals can release emotional blocks, activate their life force, and return home to themselves.
My work is rooted in intuitive facilitation and energy healing, combining conscious connected breathing with somatic release techniques, sound, and intention. Whether you're seeking emotional release, clarity, or energetic renewal, my sessions are designed to support your expansion and alignment.
I currently offer private sessions, group circles, and community events that bring people together in healing, empowerment, and remembrance. My mission is to guide others into deeper presence and self-awareness, using the breath as a bridge to healing, insight, and wholeness.
