Often called "yogic sleep," this effortless practice allows you to rest deeply while remaining aware, helping to release stress, restore energy, and calm the mind. During this session, you'll be guided through a systematic relaxation technique while lying comfortably on your mat. No experience necessary—simply lie down, listen, and let go. Participants often report feeling like they've had hours of restorative sleep in just one session.
