4-week Mindfulness Series designed to help you master foundational meditation techniques, enhance your awareness practices, and mindfully navigate your thoughts and emotions. With a limit of 10 participants, this series ensures a supportive and intimate environment where you can share and explore more deeply in a safe environment. Series Includes: 4 x In Person Workshops at True Woo Cronulla Series Schedule: Saturday August 17th, 10:30am - 12pm Thursday August 22nd, 7- 8pm Saturday August 31st 10:30am - 12pm Thursday September: 7pm - 8.30pm Cost: $145 for the complete series What You'll Learn: Practical mindfulness techniques to incorporate into everyday life Tools and strategies to navigate life's ups and downs Ways to feel more relaxed and improve your sleep Please Note: Participants must attend all 4 sessions. If you cannot make a session, a makeup online session with Danielle is available to ensure you don't miss out on any content.
