As the festive season approaches, many of us feel the pressure of busyness, expectations, and overstimulation.
This October, take a sacred pause to reconnect with your inner calm and vitality through a unique half-day immersion blending Qigong, Iyengar Yoga, mindfulness meditation, and practical education for seasonal wellbeing.

What to Expect
Morning Qigong Session Begin your day with gentle, flowing Qigong movements under the open sky. This ancient practice harmonises body, mind and breath, grounding your energy and awakening a sense of peace and presence.
This may involve a short 5 minute stroll to the waters edge and back.
Iyengar Yoga Practice with Bridget Hughes Move into a focused and supportive indoor Iyengar Yoga session, emphasising alignment, strength. Suitable for all levels, this practice helps release tension and make way for inner awareness.
Light Morning Tea Enjoy a nourishing break with light refreshments, connecting with fellow participants in a serene setting.
Mini Workshop: Learn practical tools and insights to maintain emotional balance, restful sleep, sustained energy.
Mindfulness & Meditation Close the immersion with a deeply relaxing mindfulness session, enhanced by sound. Let go of stress and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the months ahead.
Wear comfortable clothing and please bring a water bottle. Mats are available but feel free to bring your own.
