Commencing Tuesday 5 August, 5:30pm "Each class will begin with getting out of the mind and back into our bodies with breath and crystal bowls in meditation. Each class will end with bowls and chimes in savasana - sometimes I may bring in another treat like reiki or another instrument! Iyengar Yoga for Beginners
