General Yoga Classes - Awaken Your Inner Strength

WEEKLY, Monday 5pm, Tuesday 9:30am, Tuesday 7pm, Wednesday 6am, Friday 10am, Saturday 8:30am



If you are generally fit and healthy then this class is for you!  Bridget will teach how to extend your practice with super clear instructions.  General classes can be challenging, but never boring – every week has a different focus. 


You can expect to practice a wide range of asanas from the dynamic to the restorative as well as inversions, or preparation for inversions – but if that’s not for you, Bridget has you covered. 


She always have an alternative practice ready. (For everything, not just inversions)

You will love our smaller class sizes and welcoming community – Bridget's personal, practical approach will put you at ease straight away.
