New to yoga? or a bit older/stiffer and don’t want to overexert yourself? This class is the one for you. There’s no jumping around, but there is controlled movement that will strengthen you and improve your mobility.
Bridget uses clear instructions to teach you how to move your body correctly, how to breathe and how to rest. She will teach you how to use props like chairs and bricks to get the most from your practice.
