We are so excited to share that True Woo Cronulla is welcoming the amazing Natasha, formerly of Mya Wellbeing to lead our Mat Pilates classes!


Natasha brings a calm, grounded and deeply restorative approach to her classes. Her sessions are more than just movement, they are a space to slow down, reconnect with your body and build strength in a way that feels supportive, nurturing and sustainable. With a focus on breath, alignment and mindful flow, you’ll leave feeling centred, balanced and refreshed.


This is where wellness, movement and intention meet. We can’t wait for you to experience the magic she brings to our space.



MYA Mat Pilates is designed to engage your full body, with an emphasis on alignment and technique, this class delivers an invigorating yet calming burn.

Utilising pilates props, this class will help you feel connected to your body, while getting results you can see and feel.

Take comfort in knowing that class will finish in a peaceful savasana.


This class is pre and post-natal friendly with modifications.
