New Class! Vinyasa Yoga

"Each class will begin with getting out of the mind and back into our bodies with breath and crystal bowls in meditation.

Each class will end with bowls and chimes in savasana - sometimes I may bring in another treat like reiki or another instrument!

My class themes will weave in the philosophy of yoga as well as the chakras and elements. Its a beautoful flow that suits beginners and intermediate levels. The classes start off slow then we work our way to more challenging flows and postures, followed by balancing and then winding down before savasana. Its a well rounded class and Im looking forward to sharing it with you!"
