Reflecting on our recent workshop with the incredible duo Chris and Paul from Reset and Reconnect at Cronulla High School.

We had the privilege of guiding the newly crowned Year 12 students through powerful breathwork tools they can use as they step into their final year of school; whether it’s managing exam stress, staying grounded during big moments, improving focus in sport, or simply knowing how to reset when life feels overwhelming.

A huge congratulations to the teachers for recognising the importance of wellbeing and allowing the time for their students to undertake such a meaningful workshop. Your support makes all the difference.
