Join us for May Manifestation, a soulful workshop by Natasha of Mya Wellbeing, designed to gently guide you back to yourself.


We’ll begin with a grounding intention-setting ritual, creating space to reflect, realign, and call in what you’re ready to receive. Through guided breathwork, you’ll quiet the outside world and reconnect with your inner rhythm.


From this place, we’ll flow into a gentle mat Pilates session to nurture the body, awaken energy, and embody your intentions.


Manifestation isn’t just about wishing, it’s about feeling, believing, and becoming.


This is your invitation to slow down, tune in, and step into the version of you that already exists within. Come as you are, and leave feeling centred, open, and aligned.
